Can I return my Silver jewelry?

Yes. Upon receipt of product, you have 3 days to return if the jewelry is faulty, damaged during transit or you are simply not satisfied with the jewelry.  Refer to Returns page.


The product I am looking for is not on your website. Are you able to source it for me?

Yes. Simply send us an email sales@strictlysterlingsilver.com and let us know what you are looking for.  We will do our best to source that product for you.


Do you offer any services if I want to send jewelry as a gift?

Certainly!  We offer a FREE (white cardboard) box for every jewelry purchased together with a gift tag with your personalised message (you will give us details during checkout).  We also offer other gift boxes at cost.


What are your shipping fees and do you also have an Express service?

For a complete list of shipping charges, go to our Shipping page.  Express delivery is offered and will take <1 week.  
Shipping (standard) fees are free of charge for orders greater than US$100.


What if the country of destination where I want my jewelry delivered is not on your list?

Send us an email sales@strictlysterlingsilver.com and we will let you know if we can make a special delivery arrangement for you.  There may be an additional cost of up to $9.90 for this service.


What if my jewelry gets lost during delivery?

All products are guaranteed and insured by us.  Until you receive your jewelry and are completely satisfied, it is our responsibility to get this product to you in good condition.  If it has taken more than 2 weeks since we have notified you of dispatch, please contact us on sales@strictlysterlingsilver.com
