IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE

Until 31 December 2011, we can only process orders for shipping with the United States of America.  Orders outside the USA cannot be processed.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

Shipping

We offer a flat shipping rate of US$8.90 regardless of quantity and to any country as listed below.  This will typically take anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks depending on its destination.  For orders greater than US$75, the shipping fee will be waived.   All shipping costs includes insurance up to a value of $300.

Express service is offered at the cost of US$29.90 (includes tracking number) --this will take approximately less than 1 week.

Delivery to the US -- $3.90 (Express = US$26.50)

Return Policy

You may return a product for the following reasons:

• Damaged during transit
• Faulty product

In order for Strictly Sterling Silver to accept the return, a returns authorisation number MUST accompany it. Please e-mail us at returns@strictlysterlingsilver.com to obtain this number, prior to returning the item. This is to ensure  we both understand the reasons and conditions for the return.  You should also quote your order number or product details, as well the reason for the return.  We will reply to you by e-mail and inform you of the address to send the returned item.  Once the item is returned, we will either offer you a replacement or a full refund for the jewelry item.  

All returned items must be sent back using registered post or insured mail to ensure that the return(s) can be tracked during transit.  Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  Items must be returned in a sturdy box and must be sent back within 3 days of receipt.  Habitual and excessive returns will void this money back guarantee.

Gift Boxes

A white cardboard gift box and  gift tag with your personal message (you will provide details during checkout) is offered free, for each jewelry order.  Customers can also choose other elegant gift boxes at cost.
